Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking an Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Dubai. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and confident, with strong strategic planning and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and complaints - Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Escalate any issues or complaints to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
