Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Mubadala Development Company is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is independent and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets - Utilize creativity to come up with innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience - Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of the job, including maintaining accurate records and data entry - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure a positive working environment

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passion for delivering outstanding customer service - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Creativity in problem-solving and improving processes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
