Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Sherwin-Williams is currently seeking a part-time Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for individuals who are confident, driven, and possess strong emotional intelligence and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders - Utilize online chat platforms to assist customers with their queries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the company - Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using online chat platforms and CRM systems - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends
