Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Call Center Representative to join our team at VF in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various online platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers promptly and professionally. 2. Providing accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. 4. Processing orders, exchanges, and returns efficiently. 5. Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction. 6. Upselling products and services to customers when appropriate. 7. Keeping accurate records of interactions with customers and updating customer information in the database. 8. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 9. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. 10. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. 3. Strong adaptability and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment. 4. Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer proficiency. 7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
