Online Call Center Specialist

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Online Call Center Specialist to join our team at Kraft Heinz in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Must be detail-oriented and organized - High school diploma or equivalent
