Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online call center interactions. This part-time position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and complaints - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist with online transactions and troubleshoot any issues that may arise - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the company - Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and procedures

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong presentation and people management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
