Job Description - Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


American Airlines Group is looking for a dynamic Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. The ideal candidate will possess strong adaptability and drive, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls and inquiries from customers regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with online booking processes and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Utilize CRM systems and other tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong adaptability and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written - Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required
