Job Description: Online Call Center Specialist at Owens-Illinois

Owens-Illinois, a global leader in glass container manufacturing, is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and offer solutions to inquiries. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and meet established service levels. 5. Follow company policies and procedures to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and passionate attitude towards customer service. 2. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and solve problems under pressure. 6. Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
