Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Online Call Center Specialist to join our team at Jacobs Engineering Group in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone and online interactions. This part-time role requires 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and online inquiries from customers - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Document customer interactions and update customer records accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Meet and exceed performance metrics for call center operations

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in call center or customer service role - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent communication skills
