Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

As an Online Call Center Specialist at Burlington Stores in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and online communication channels. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. The ideal candidate will be reliable and driven, with a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via online chat - Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and process orders - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Utilize computer systems to track and update customer information - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in computer systems and software applications - Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude - Drive to succeed and exceed customer expectations
