Job Description:
BlackRock, a leading financial services company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate level. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our clients through online chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide support through online chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our online platform. 3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues and escalate as needed. 4. Keep accurate records of client interactions and provide feedback to improve overall customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients. 6. Assist in developing innovative solutions to improve the online chat support process. 7. Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and ability to type quickly and accurately. 5. Strong planning and organizational skills. 6. Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Must be dedicated and reliable in fulfilling job responsibilities.
