We are looking for a motivated and energetic Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Dubai Islamic Bank. Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about banking products and services - Assist customers with navigating the bank's online platform and troubleshooting any technical issues - Conduct research to find answers to customer queries and provide innovative solutions when needed - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses during chat interactions - Collaborate with other team members to maintain a cohesive and efficient support system - Uphold the bank's standards of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Demonstrated ability to conduct research and think innovatively - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, online environment - High school diploma or equivalent
