Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and passionate Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Sears Holdings in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in online chat support or customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through online chat support - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution - Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Conduct research to answer complex customer questions and resolve escalations - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and service quality - Meet individual performance goals and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in online chat support or customer service - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively - Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Critical thinking skills to solve customer issues and handle escalations - Ability to conduct research and find solutions to complex customer inquiries - Proficiency in using online chat support tools and customer service software
