Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

International Paper is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the Online Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing efficient and effective customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner via online chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, warranty claims, and any other queries they may have. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers utilizing online tools and resources. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer concerns are addressed and resolved promptly. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying trends and recommending process improvements. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat support role. 2. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making and time management skills. 4. Excellent written communication skills in English. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
