Online Chat Support Associate

Reliance Steel & Aluminum is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As an Online Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our online customers through chat platforms. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information and recommendations. You will also be responsible for processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns and exchanges.

The ideal candidate for this role will be hardworking and resourceful, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Additionally, we are looking for individuals who possess a cooperative attitude and a creative approach to problem-solving.
