Bed Bath & Beyond in Dubai is looking for a passionate and confident Online Chat Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no previous experience is required, making this a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide prompt and courteous responses to online chat inquiries from customers regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns. 2. Assist customers in navigating the Bed Bath & Beyond website to find products and services that meet their needs. 3. Research and troubleshoot customer issues to provide accurate and efficient solutions. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions with customers.

Requirements: 1. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 2. Confidence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. 3. Strong research skills to accurately find information and solutions. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms. 7. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
