Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Philip Morris International is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Manager in our Dubai office. The Online Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of online chat support representatives to ensure high-quality customer service and support.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a team of online chat support representatives - Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer support - Monitor and analyze chat support performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Provide training and guidance to chat support representatives - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 7+ years of experience in customer service or online chat support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience with customer service software and tools - Strong negotiation and people management skills
