Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Part-time Online Chat Support Representative to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of independence and reliability, along with excellent leadership and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat platform - Offer information about our life insurance products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in computer software applications - Availability to work flexible hours
