CBS is seeking a confident and motivated Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner. 2. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues. 3. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency. 4. Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet performance targets. 5. Work effectively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and resources to deliver exceptional service. 6. Adapt to changing trends and technologies to improve customer experience and efficiency. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold service standards and customer confidentiality.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in online chat support or a related customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely. 3. Proficiency in multiple chat support platforms and online communication tools. 4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 5. Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. 6. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. 7. Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving issues in a professional manner.
