Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or online support roles. We are looking for individuals who are independent, adaptable, creative, and possess strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, assisting them with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize multiple software systems to process orders, track shipments, and update customer information - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide a seamless experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist customers

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or online support roles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online chat platforms
