Online Client Relations Assistant

Job description:

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing online client relations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Managing online client accounts and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. 3. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop online campaigns and promotions. 4. Conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities. 5. Utilizing critical thinking skills to address client issues and provide effective solutions. 6. Assisting in the development and implementation of online client retention strategies. 7. Providing regular reports on client interactions and feedback to management. 8. Supporting the team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in online client relations or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Demonstrated research and critical thinking skills. 6. Motivated and reliable with a positive attitude towards customer service. 7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
