Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team at AmerisourceBergen in Dubai. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via online platforms to address their inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide support for online client engagement initiatives - Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client relations - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the online client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Confident and independent with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting - Strong cooperation and adaptability skills to work effectively within a virtual team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
