Online Client Relations Associate

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for online customers, providing excellent customer service and assistance with any inquiries or issues that arise - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication via phone, email, and live chat - Handle client complaints and ensure prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction - Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns or exchanges as needed - Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers - Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain online customers - Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in an online retail environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and reliable with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in negotiation and able to creatively resolve conflicts with clients - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - Familiarity with online shopping platforms and customer relationship management systems - Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines - Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
