Online Client Relations Associate

Job description:

As an Online Client Relations Associate at LKQ in Dubai, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent client service through various online platforms. You will be the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and building strong relationships to increase client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to client inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and orders - Address and resolve client complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless client experience - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and improve client satisfaction - Monitor online reviews and ratings, responding appropriately to maintain positive brand image - Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance client relations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong leadership and cooperation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable working with online communication tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
