Job Description:

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via online channels, including email, chat, and social media, to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and finding solutions to meet their expectations - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and positive client experience across all touchpoints - Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction - Generate reports and analyze data to track client feedback, trends, and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to make recommendations for enhancing our client relations strategies

Requirements: - Dedicated and motivated individual with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service - Ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail - Proficient in using various online communication tools and customer relationship management systems - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
