Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

NetApp is seeking a motivated Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Client Relations Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships through virtual platforms, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary assistance via online communication channels (e.g. email, chat, video call) - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Create engaging online content to promote products and services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients - Meet and exceed established goals for client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
