Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Online Client Relations Associate to join our team at eBay in Dubai. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with online clients to ensure a positive experience and drive sales. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with online clients via email, live chat, and phone to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client concerns in a timely manner. 3. Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall client experience. 4. Analyze client data and provide insights to help drive sales and conversions. 5. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 8. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and resourceful individual with at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with online clients and internal teams. 3. Innovative thinker who can adapt to changing trends and customer needs. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. 7. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
