Online Client Relations Manager

As the Online Client Relations Manager at Capital One Financial in Abu Dhabi, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the online sphere. You will be tasked with ensuring the satisfaction of clients through regular communication, addressing any concerns or issues they may have, and providing solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of online clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and improve client satisfaction - Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to clients - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences - Monitor online client feedback and proactively address any issues that may arise - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online client relations - Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of online client relationships

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 8 years of experience in client relations, preferably in an online environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic and proactive attitude - Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of online client management systems and tools - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
