Job Description:

As an Online Client Relations Manager at Western Refining, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients through online platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media. - Address client inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust. - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance the overall customer experience. - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention. - Analyze data and metrics to track client behavior and identify trends.

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in client relations or customer service. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Dedication and reliability in managing client relationships. - People management skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team setting. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. - Knowledge of online communication tools and platforms.
