Online Client Relations Manager

Veritiv is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a leading global company in the industry, we are looking for a talented individual with a minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations to help us maintain and grow our online client base.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage online client relationships - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online client relationships - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client satisfaction and performance metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of at least 6 years in client relations, preferably in an online environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
