Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Dubai Financial Market. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients through our online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention through online channels. - Manage and respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Monitor client feedback and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement online marketing campaigns to attract new clients. - Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online client relations initiatives. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our online client relations strategies.
