Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

PayPal Holdings is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our online clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management, transaction issues, and other related queries - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and suggestions for improvement - Work closely with other departments to resolve client issues and enhance the overall client experience - Monitor client satisfaction metrics and work towards continuous improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong attention to detail and adaptability - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of online payment platforms is a plus
