Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Clorox is seeking a motivated Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are driven, independent, and looking to kick-start their career in client relations. The Online Client Relations Officer will be responsible for managing relationships with our online clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly. This role requires strong negotiation and planning skills, as well as the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with online clients - Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in client relations - Plan and execute strategies to enhance the online client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - No previous experience required
