Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description: First Data is seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The Online Client Relations Specialist will work part-time to assist with various client inquiries, ensure client satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships with our online customer base.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with online clients through various communication channels including email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Provide personalized customer service to address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. 4. Monitor online client activity, analyze data, and provide insights to improve the overall client experience. 5. Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up communications. 6. Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to online clients. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to enhance client relations strategies. 8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM software.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven work experience as an Online Client Relations Specialist or a similar role. 3. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online communication tools. 6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. 7. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. 8. Leadership skills to drive initiatives and influence positive change within the organization.
