Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client relationships through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media. - Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met and issues are resolved promptly. - Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for client engagement and retention. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online client experience and drive customer loyalty. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online client relations.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Persuasion and negotiation skills. - Ability to think strategically and plan effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. - Knowledge of online marketing and social media platforms.
