Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Abu Dhabi is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of adaptability and independence.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with online clients through various communication channels - Provide timely responses to client inquiries and concerns - Analyze client feedback and data to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions - Conduct online presentations and trainings for clients - Monitor online client accounts and provide updates on products and services - Assist in the development of online marketing strategies to attract new clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in online client relations or customer service - Strong analytical and presentation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
