Job Description:
State Farm Insurance Cos. is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships through online channels, providing excellent customer service, and addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients. 4. Conduct research to better understand client needs and preferences. 5. Develop and implement strategies to improve the online client experience. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to clients.
Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of experience in a client service or customer service role. 2. Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6.
