Online Client Service Officer

Job Description: Eastman Chemical is seeking an energetic and adaptable Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a client service role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online client service to customers through various digital platforms - Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order processing - Communicate with clients to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Analyze client feedback and data to improve the online client service experience - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively - Manage relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a client service role - Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve - Excellent people management skills to handle client interactions effectively - Energetic personality with a positive attitude - Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
