Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the online space. The ideal candidate will be motivated, dedicated, possess emotional intelligence, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. 4. Maintain a strong understanding of Rockwell Automation's products and services to effectively communicate with clients. 5. Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the online client experience. 6. Assist with online sales processes and negotiations as needed. 7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online client service.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role, preferably in an online environment. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools. 7. Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
