Online Client Service Officer

Windstream Holdings is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in the online client service industry.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients through online platforms, including emails, chat systems, and social media - Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assisting clients with account management, including updating information and resolving billing issues - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues - Monitoring and analyzing client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Conducting online surveys and collecting data to improve service offerings - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management and planning abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of online platforms and customer service best practices - Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent
