Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Client Service Officer to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and possess strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with inquiries and provide support through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner. 4. Identify opportunities to improve client experience and recommend solutions. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients. 6. Provide feedback to management on client needs and preferences.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 1+ years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 3. Strong communication and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Driven and resourceful attitude with a focus on innovation. 7. Demonstrated people management skills.
