Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team at DTE Energy in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is necessary. We are looking for individuals who are resilient and confident, with strong critical thinking and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to online client inquiries via email, chat, or other online platforms - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies - Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and issue resolution - Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service - Work collaboratively with other team members to meet client needs and achieve department goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using computer systems and online platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
