Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Land O’Lakes is currently seeking a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, and possess excellent negotiation and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide support through online platforms - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Process client orders and follow up on delivery status - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and address client concerns - Track and report on client interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in customer service or client relations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
