Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a confident and dedicated individual who possesses strong decision-making skills and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for online client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses - Assist clients with booking reservations, making changes to existing reservations, and addressing any issues or concerns - Monitor online client reviews and feedback, and work to resolve any issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client inquiries - Continuously seek opportunities to improve the online client experience through innovative solutions and approaches

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Confidence in handling difficult situations with professionalism and tact
