Online Client Service Specialist

Position Overview: Land O’Lakes is seeking a passionate and confident Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client accounts and provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services - Track and analyze client interactions and provide feedback for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service - Assist in the development of online client service strategies and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1+ years of experience in client service or a similar role - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure
