Job Description:
As an Online Client Support Assistant at DTE Energy, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. Your primary role will be to assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support related to their accounts and services. You will work closely with our team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via email, chat, and other online communication channels. 2. Provide technical support to clients experiencing issues with our online platforms and services. 3. Assist clients with navigating our website, accessing their accounts, and understanding their billing and payment options. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and provide feedback to the team. 7. Stay up-to-date on product updates, service changes, and industry trends to better assist clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building positive client relationships. 5. Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 6. Excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills. 7. Proficient in using online communication tools and customer relationship management software.
