Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:

Hanesbrands is seeking a motivated and dedicated Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, we are looking for someone with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for online clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage online client accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience - Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for improving online client support processes - Analyze online client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in online client support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
