Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Oshkosh is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to gain valuable experience in the field. The Online Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and guidance to clients - Assist clients with account setup and troubleshooting - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client support experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role - Resourceful and independent personality traits - Strong planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in using online platforms and tools - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
