Online Client Support Officer

Steel Dynamics is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent critical thinking and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any technical issues. 4. Assist in maintaining client records and ensuring accurate data entry. 5. Monitor client feedback and escalate any recurring issues to management for resolution. 6. Contribute to the development and improvement of client support processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. 4. Persuasive and able to influence client behavior positively. 5. Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
