Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

As an Online Client Support Officer at Motorola Solutions in Dubai, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various online platforms.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to our products and services - Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the online customer experience - Assisting in creating and updating online support resources for customers


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent time management skills - Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer support software - A strong understanding of Motorola Solutions products and services - Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
